Kolsai lakes are a system of three lakes in the northern Tien Shan, in the Kolsai gorge, in a connection of the Kungei-Alatau and Zailiisky Alatau ridges. Lakes are located at altitudes of 1818, 2252 and 2850 meters above sea level. Crystal clear emerald lake water strikes its beauty.
The mystical splendor of the lake can not be expressed in words, it is necessary to visit and see with your own eyes. The lake is popular among divers, the sight of water allows you to see the bizarre outlines of the bottom and standing trees. Lake Kaindy is located among coniferous forests at an altitude of 1,667 meters above sea level in one of the gorges of Kungei Alatau, 11 kilometers east of Saty. The length of the lake is about 400 meters, the depth is almost 30 meters. Below the lake there is a trout, above the lake there is a rocky impasse.
The path to the lake from the village of Saty passes through an unusually beautiful birch grove, located 5 kilometers from Lake Kaindy.
